What you will do

• Design and deploy functional LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks for global conferences.
• Configure and install routers, switches, and access points while automating routine tasks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure service reliability.
• Prepare and process network equipment shipments in the Fort Myers lab for event deployment.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and mitigate network exposure.
• Travel globally to support flagship Symposiums and Summit events onsite.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching (IOS, IOS-XE).
• Strong experience with enterprise wireless solutions (Cisco, Meraki) and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Hands-on experience with high-density Wi-Fi deployments and site-survey tools like Wireshark.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and security protocols (RADIUS, 802.1x).
• Ability to travel 45%+ of the time for global conference support.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
