What you will do

• Implement and configure networking equipment and software to meet client business needs.
• Provide second-level technical support and ticket tracking for Mac OS and Windows environments.
• Perform remote fixes at the desktop, server, and networking levels, including software upgrades and file backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues involving Cisco Meraki, Google for Work, and Dropbox.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and daily project status reports.
• Collaborate with Service Coordination and Project Management for technical assignments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience at an MSP, service desk, or in corporate IT supporting small to mid-size clients.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google G-Suite, Windows, Office 365, Intune, and JAMF.
• Experience managing Windows OS Workstation/Server security, sharing, patches, and group policies in a Domain environment.
• Strong knowledge of advanced networking technologies and the OSI model.

Nice to have

• Technical Certifications: Microsoft (MCSE/MCSA), Cisco (CCNA), VMWare, JAMF, SonicWALL, Fortinet, or CompTIA.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Automate or similar RMM solutions.
