What you will do

• Translate brand platform goals into actionable creative direction for social and creator-led content.
• Own the creative testing roadmap by defining hypotheses, testing, and scaling successful formats.
• Brief and manage creators and internal teams to produce high-quality short-form video.
• Partner with the paid social team to align creative strategy with campaign performance data.
• Build and manage a roster of creators who authentically represent the brand.
• Integrate AI tools and workflows to enhance creative production speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand, social creative, or content strategy.
• Fluent English and German (C1 level minimum).
• Strong expertise in short-form content production and platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proven ability to turn brand ideas into effective, data-informed social content.
• Experience briefing and managing creative production and creator partnerships.
• Ability to make clear go/no-go creative decisions.

• Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, or the automotive industry.
• Background in scaling creator-led or UGC content strategies.
