Focus on solving time-sensitive customer and order discrepancies while partnering across Sales, Finance, Buying, and Supply Chain to deliver on-time requirements.

Support role within hirify.global’s B2B team, helping key customers do business through coordinated operations.

What you will do

  • Coordinate B2B operational processes with the B2B Sales/support teams and line manager to complete tasks effectively.
  • Produce accurate manual invoicing and consolidated statements for key account customers to support prompt payments.
  • Upload invoices to customer-specific portals within agreed timeframes.
  • Proactively manage bulk order processes for key account customers in partnership with Finance, Buying, and Supply Chain.
  • Support tender submissions by identifying products and accurately inputting tenders into the portal.
  • Create and maintain electronic catalogues, price files, and portal loads with the latest catalogue versions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies across different platforms.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment and manage priorities and workloads.
  • Strong product awareness and understanding of key accounts and their customers.
  • Confident communication at all levels with clear, concise messaging.
  • Previous experience using Excel at basic/intermediate level.
