What you will do

• Negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews, and break dates to achieve OPEX savings.
• Manage external suppliers to mitigate service charge budgets and identify rates appeal opportunities.
• Ensure retail store compliance with lease agreements, planning, and statutory notices.
• Liaise with landlords to resolve estate management issues and minimize trade impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external solicitors to finalize legal property documentation.
• Maintain accurate property data and present approval papers to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience within the property sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of the retail property market.
• Solid understanding of lease documentation.
• IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
