What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee product and material testing with accredited laboratories.
• Review and approve test reports to ensure adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain non-conformance systems and proactively resolve compliance issues.
• Conduct factory audits and communicate ZDHC and PRSL requirements to suppliers.
• Create performance reports to document and track compliance status.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a compliance role.
• Relevant compliance qualification such as ICA or equivalent industry training.
• Technical knowledge of knitwear production.
• Familiarity with certifying bodies like BSI, GOTS, SFA, RWS, SA800, and BCorp.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
