What you will do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across the care model and deliver creative solutions.
• Redesign patient journeys using patient insights and data to enhance engagement.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of initiatives, collaborating with growth, engineering, and content teams.
• Define, monitor, and own key metrics across the patient experience.
• Develop processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• ~4-5 years’ experience in startups/scaleups, consulting, or similar high-performance fields.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Problem-solver who owns outcomes and gets things done.
• Passionate about startups, healthcare, and using tech to improve services.
• People management experience, leading with clarity and empathy.
