Location: Hybrid role requiring regular engagement at office hubs in Madrid or Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Develop and govern internal SOPs, guides, and training materials to ensure operational clarity.
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions to drive tool and process adoption across the team.
  • Support the testing, documentation, and rollout of new Salesforce features.
  • Maintain data integrity by curating and cleaning datasets across Salesforce and Excel.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and identify opportunities to improve sales workflows.
  • Conduct user interviews to gather requirements and propose optimized solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Madrid or Warsaw.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or enablement functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Solid business analysis skills with experience mapping workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in adopting AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Confluence for documentation and governance.
  • Understanding of B2B sales environments and campaign tracking.
  • Experience with data visualization or query tools like Tableau or BigQuery.
