Business Developer (Software): Generating new business opportunities and supporting sales expansion by designing prospecting strategies and engaging decision-makers with an accent on lead qualification and value communication. Focus on optimizing the sales pipeline, managing CRM records, and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
Location: France, open to relocate to Madrid. EU citizenship or valid work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate qualified opportunities via calls, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling commercial messaging and sales pitches.
- Engage with decision-makers to communicate the full value proposition of technology solutions and services.
- Support the growth of existing customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of webinars, events, and marketing activities for prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progression within the CRM.
Requirements
- Fluent French and intermediate English (B2).
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in technology and willingness to continuously learn.
