TL;DR

Lean Leader (Manufacturing): Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the assigned Value Stream with an accent on Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost metrics. Focus on leading Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma projects, mentoring teams, and applying advanced analytical methodologies to optimize production and administrative processes.

Location: Lipa, Philippines (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Drive continuous improvement across production and administration processes using Value Stream Mapping.
  • Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards.
  • Mentor small group activities and events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a Lean specialty sub-committee.
  • Engage in personal development through internal training, benchmarking, and networking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Lean Six Sigma capacity.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience with Minitab.
