What you will do

• Develop and execute site-specific EHS strategies, policies, and programs.
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, and corporate EHS regulations and standards.
• Conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management and sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with technical teams on equipment safety evaluations and machine commissioning.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Site EHS team, managing performance and capability roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience managing EHS teams.
• Proven expertise in EHS management systems, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Hands-on experience implementing LOTO, industrial hygiene, and chemical safety programs.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Baguio City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (SO3/SO4) and BOSH.
• DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation.
• Fire/Safety Marshal Training.
• ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualifications.
