What you will do

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with field teams, engineering, and repair operations to resolve escalations.
• Lead parts analysis and reliability improvement programs based on failure trends.
• Coordinate system installations and define Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategies.
• Manage field upgrades, new product introductions (NPI), and product transfers.
• Develop and publish reliability reports based on field performance data.
• Partner with documentation teams to ensure accuracy of technical materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical).
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex system-level issues.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Must be local to the position location.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Hard Disk Drives (HDD) or System Level Test (SLT) environments.
• Background in automation and system-level troubleshooting.
• Technical Project Management experience.
