What you will do

• Lead process engineering initiatives focused on cost reduction, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical leadership in resolving complex manufacturing, test, and process-related issues.
• Drive optimization of processes to ensure long-term stability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on accountability and results.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Business Development teams to execute strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong background in semiconductor Final Test operations.
• Experience with ATE, SLT, and Test Handler Turret Machines.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or multi-site engineering teams.
• Strong capability in data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause problem-solving.
