What you will do

• Develop comprehensive test processes, including strategy, software tools, and documentation.
• Introduce new processes into production and provide technical support for factory operations.
• Analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve overall testing approaches.
• Perform data collection and software debugging to identify root causes at customer sites.
• Deliver timely solutions to address specific customer system requirements.
• Collaborate with global engineering and customer service teams, with moderate travel required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, including scripting
• Proficiency in C/C++/C#, .NET framework, and LabVIEW
• Understanding of networking concepts such as DHCP, TFTP, and TCP/IP
• Must be local to the position location; no relocation provided

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor, HDD, or automation test processes
• Familiarity with automation or tester handlers
• Capability in using statistical software tools and Excel VBA
