What you will do

• Perform manual deburring finishing work using hand tools and machines to clean, polish, break edges, form radii, blend defects, and remove contamination, excess material, flash, and nodules.
• Interpret blueprint and sketch sheets and perform visual and dimensional inspection.
• Participate in root cause analysis.
• Provide corrective actions for non-conforming parts to support cluster objectives and metrics.

Requirements

• Completed 3rd year engineering + 6 months deburr or manufacturing experience, or Technology graduate in machine shop (3 years) + 6 months deburr or manufacturing experience, or Engineering graduate.
• Good eye and hand coordination for deburr finishing work.
• Experience using simple deburr equipment (e.g., ECD, sandblast, buffing) and simple measuring devices.
• Access to Philippines export-controlled information is required.
