What you will do

• Manage client service for a dedicated book of business within the Professional & Cyber Solutions practice.
• Assist producers with new and renewal business submissions and implementation processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and insurance carrier representatives.
• Analyze quotes, prepare program structure options, and review policy documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with data partners to prepare cyber threat intelligence and limit recommendation analysis.
• Participate in and lead client meetings and prospect presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• State-specific insurance license required.
• 1-5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Professional business conduct and customer service orientation.
