What you will do
- Lead pre-sales engagements by collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate value via tailored presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
- Provide technical expertise on the platform, including integrations, data flows, and analytics capabilities, and position solutions to match customer criteria.
- Architect and design customized solutions using ’s product suite.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by understanding business challenges and effectively positioning solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation.
- Gather market and competitive insights to influence product roadmap and sales strategy; run training and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, solution engineering, or a related customer/business-facing technical role in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in web and app technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs; solid understanding of app framework concepts.
- Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze complex customer requirements and design effective solutions.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
- Strong domain knowledge in Martech, digital experience analytics, customer journey mapping, and UX/customer journey optimization.
- Experience with web analytics, product analytics platforms, experience analytics, voice of customer platforms, or customer experience platforms.
