What you will do

  • Support the management of complex budgets and forecasts for Operations business units.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analytics, pro-forma analyses, and cost-benefit modeling to guide business decisions.
  • Create presentations and visuals to communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities clearly.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
  • Ensure forecasts are aligned with business strategies and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA or Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting and financial modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
