What you will do

• Build and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and objectives for agency clients.
• Develop cost-effective marketing plans within specified client budgets.
• Continuously optimize internal marketing workflows and procedures.
• Review and report campaign performance to clients and senior executives.
• Manage client relationships and internal marketing-related projects.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff for the marketing department.

Requirements

• Based in Chicago, IL
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Deep understanding of PPC, search, display ads, and bidding strategies.
• Thorough working knowledge of SEO.
• Experience with content marketing and marketing automation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
