What you will do

• Own the testing roadmap to improve conversion rates and measurably contribute to business growth.
• Identify and strategically deploy revenue-driving content across key website touch-points.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, development, and product teams to elevate website UX.
• Optimize high-intent landing pages, forms, and navigation flows to reduce friction in the buyer's journey.
• Establish measurement and reporting processes to translate insights into growth recommendations.
• Lead experimentation across the product portfolio to accelerate adoption of new products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website strategy, CRO, or a similar growth-focused role.
• Deep proficiency with web analytics and A/B testing platforms such as VWO or Omni.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems like Storyblok or WordPress.
• Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and ABM.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
