What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, campaign calendars, and content roadmaps.
• Develop targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness and support business development objectives.
• Create high-quality content for websites, product sheets, and social media channels.
• Drive awareness through product launches, partnership announcements, and industry events.
• Track and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, growth, design, and product teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 4-5 days per week onsite in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, Google Analytics, and Webflow.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, government, or relevant high-tech industries.

• Additional depth in brand, product, or content marketing.
