What you will do

• Experiment with AI-first solutions to drive reach expansion and engagement via paid marketing.
• Build AI-driven solutions for content generation, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.
• Create prompts, data sets, and documentation to support project goals.
• Iterate on GenAI techniques to optimize accuracy and business relevance across use cases.
• Research marketing AI trends and perform competitor messaging analysis.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI solutions across broader marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Computer/Data Science.
• Strong understanding of generative AI platforms, prompting techniques, and AI trends.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Highly organized and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to commute to El Segundo, CA for 4+ days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience at the intersection of marketing and AI ecosystems (e.g., Replit, Claude).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or AI workflow platforms.
