What you will do

• Support due diligence reviews for fintech companies, financial institutions, and third-party service providers.
• Communicate with global partners to clarify requirements, timelines, and documentation needs.
• Conduct third-party risk management processes, including KYC, KYB, and enhanced due diligence.
• Review partner documentation for completeness, consistency, and potential risk indicators.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure all requirements are met ahead of launch deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Compliance, AML, Legal, and Product.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, AML, or financial crime within a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies and risk indicators in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing interactions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple onboarding workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, KYB, and third-party risk management practices.
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, payments, or banking environments.
• Understanding of operational resilience, cybersecurity, or data protection frameworks.
• Experience with GRC, CRM, or project tracking tools.
