What you will do

• Oversee customer onboarding and due diligence for businesses and individuals across multiple regulated entities.
• Build and maintain transaction monitoring setups to support growing payment flows.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures for KYC, transaction monitoring, and screening.
• Collaborate with the second line of defense on investigations, escalations, and regulatory reporting.
• Support compliance audits by outlining processes and providing necessary documentation.
• Drive process optimization and automation by mapping workflows and collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in KYC/onboarding operations within a fintech or insurtech environment.
• Must be based in Europe or the UK with the ability to work within +/- 2 hours of GMT/BST.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and escalate compliance red flags.
• Builder mindset with experience creating processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach with comfort working with large datasets to derive insights.
• Clear written communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
