What you will do

• Evaluate and improve the DCO clearing environment to support platform scale.
• Own and maintain clearing-related SOPs, runbooks, and escalation paths.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to drive operational improvements.
• Manage treasury workflows, cash movement, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Define and enforce SLAs for clearing operations and client-facing process quality.
• Triage and resolve high-stakes issues across clearing and exchange operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial markets operations with depth in clearing, settlement, and treasury.
• Practical understanding of regulated financial services environments and compliance controls.
• Proven ability to independently create SOPs, process maps, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working across business, finance, and technical teams.
• Ability to work a shift-based schedule (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
