What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive KYC and risk assessments covering AML, fraud, and credit risk.
• Manage the onboarding process for new and existing merchants by verifying documentation.
• Perform lookups in sanction lists and Card Scheme databases.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams to request necessary information or documentation.
• Contribute to team development and process improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on compliance standards.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland
• Previous experience in KYC, AML compliance, or merchant risk assessment is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Proficiency in using various computer systems and software programs.
