What you will do

  • Own and manage the full demand generation budget across mobile and web channels.
  • Execute hands-on paid search and paid social campaigns for B2B broker products.
  • Lead mobile app acquisition strategies including Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, and Meta campaigns.
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure across web and app platforms.
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels based on data-backed hypotheses.
  • Report on performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven track record scaling consumer or prosumer mobile apps through paid UA.
  • Strong fundamentals in paid search and paid social for B2B audiences.
  • Deep expertise in conversion tracking, attribution setup, GA4, and HubSpot.
  • Experience managing full budgets, including spend allocation and efficiency reporting.
  • Rigorous approach to A/B testing and data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing across multi-product platforms or ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with live events, ticketing, or marketplace industries.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing B2B and consumer acquisition simultaneously.
