Salary: €45,000 – €75,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for growth and technical issues.
• Drive top-line revenue by tuning ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS using internal tools and data platforms.
• Develop proactive account instincts to spot issues, push budget increases, and execute format tests.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams by coordinating with engineering to debug partner issues.
• Contribute to the internal growth playbook by documenting process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and able to work 5 days a week in the office.
• Professional experience in a role requiring independent problem-solving and ownership.
• Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and tell stories through numbers.
• Strong communication skills to bridge commercial discussions with technical algorithm teams.
• Hunger for challenge and high-ownership environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU.
• Background in mobile gaming UA or rewarded UA.
• Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or SQL-notebooks like Hex.
• Top-tier consulting (MBB) or scale-up experience.
