What you will do

• Plan and execute an end-to-end strategy for Google Ads (Search, GDN, DemGen, PMax) to hit KPIs.
• Build and manage scalable frameworks for testing thousands of creatives to replicate success.
• Manage dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS across paid channels.
• Collaborate with Creative, MarTech, and Growth teams to align assets and technical requirements.
• Perform deep-dives into LTV, monetization, and web funnels to optimize growth.
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to build dashboards and analyze performance metrics independently.

Requirements

• Deep mastery of the Google Ads tech stack and general platform agility.
• Proven track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $300k.
• Strong knowledge of the US market landscape, benchmarks, and playbooks.
• Hands-on experience with web funnels and tracking platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer).
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments and challenge existing processes.
