What you will do

• Drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
• Identify and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis.
• Own end-to-end sales forecasting and reporting, including targets and dealer accountability.
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and accelerate corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing departments.

Requirements

• First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a fast-paced international scale-up environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and GSheets for manipulating and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in other EU languages.
