What you will do
- Drive sales initiatives aligned to market realities and group targets.
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using market and data analysis.
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end (targets, dealers, tools, and accountability for results).
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders and push corrective actions fast.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing.
Requirements
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a dynamic international scale-up environment.
- SQL knowledge and experience using GSheets and other tools to analyze large, complex data sets.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent organization skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Fluent English; other EU languages are a plus.
