Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the Affinity Group Network to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability.
• Coach and support Affinity Group Facilitators through ongoing feedback and professional learning.
• Represent the organization at school, district, and community events to advance awareness and recruitment.
• Lead program operations, including logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, budget tracking, and data management.
• Collaborate with the Steering Committee to guide strategic direction and align implementation with organizational goals.
• Support the collection and elevation of educator perspectives to advocate for policy and practice changes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the education field, including teaching, coaching, or school leadership.
• Deep commitment to advancing racial equity, teacher diversity, and inclusive educational practices.
• Strong understanding of the K–12 education landscape and systemic factors impacting educators of color.
• Experience designing and facilitating professional development and leadership training.
• Must be available for regular local travel throughout Philadelphia and occasional statewide travel.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work schedule requiring consistent in-person presence.
