Location: Must reside in or near Columbus, OH, and be able to travel locally up to 4 days per week.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

What you will do

• Lead observations and provide actionable feedback to teachers and school leaders.
• Conduct model lessons and co-teach alongside classroom educators.
• Facilitate professional learning communities (PLCs) and district-wide training sessions.
• Analyze student work and formative assessment data to guide instructional decision-making.
• Partner with district leadership to adjust coaching strategies based on implementation needs.
• Cultivate model classrooms to replicate best practices in planning and instruction.

Requirements

• Must be permitted to work in the US and reside in or near Columbus, OH.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license and be able to travel locally up to 4 days per week.
• 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 Math teaching experience with demonstrable results.
• Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and professional development.
• Proven ability to guide teams through change management processes.
• Proficiency in Google Applications and data-driven instructional planning.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Desmos Math.
• 10+ years of teaching and leadership experience.
• Master’s or Advanced Degree in Education.
