Location: Must be based in the US. The role offers remote and hybrid work models, with mandatory travel for team and company-wide offsites.

hirify.global is a cloud-based platform designed to help auto repair shops simplify operations, engage customers, and grow sustainably.

What you will do

  • Partner with the field rep and VP of BD to identify and open relationships with trade schools and vocational programs.
  • Build curriculum-ready materials including lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises.
  • Design and maintain a library of tutorials, quick-start guides, and sandbox environments for instructors.
  • Equip sales and partnerships teams with the education narrative for customer conversations.
  • Gather feedback from students and instructors to refine program positioning and messaging.
  • Document all processes to create a repeatable playbook for national expansion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • High-ownership mindset with the ability to build programs from zero to one.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to pivot strategies as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel for team and company-wide offsites.

Nice to have

  • Background in partnerships, education, or workforce development.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry.
