What you will do
- Support the 5-phase product development process, focusing on prototype builds and equipment setup.
- Conduct laboratory tests under the guidance of product development engineers.
- Ensure new designs meet customer requirements and applicable industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams during product transitions.
- Participate in key New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Requirements
- Associate degree or two-year technical/trade degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a technical or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
