- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance program.
- Monitor facility equipment efficiency and capacity to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with government permits and ISO 9001/14000 standards.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory to guarantee system reliability.
- Oversee fire fighting equipment inspections and plant cleanliness.
- Implement safety practices to minimize workplace incidents.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, preferably a licensed engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer literacy.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000 standards.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physical role on shift schedules.
