What you will do

• Manage end-to-end export handling of ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) following SOPs and SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned shippers and clients, handling first-level escalations.
• Collaborate with account management and regional leadership to expand the operational footprint.
• Monitor and improve operational performance metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Consult with global counterparts and engineering teams to optimize operational infrastructure and procedures.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean carrier operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented, structured thinking approach.
