What you will do

• Prepare and manage documentation packets including Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, and Commercial Invoices.
• Handle House and Master Bills of Lading for international shipments.
• Track import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery and status updates.
• Submit AES filings and shipping instructions accurately.
• Provide professional and timely service to customers regarding shipment status and documentation.
• Manage verified gross mass submissions in compliance with international regulations.
