Logistics Service Coordinator Ocean Import (LLP)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; office-based role

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute customer orders according to customer requirements and procedures.
• Process orders and plan or book transportation.
• Coordinate shipments, follow up on progress, and provide internal and external customer reporting by email, phone, and EDI.
• Handle import files, administration, invoicing, and shipment documentation.
• Resolve operational issues and report non-conformances according to KPIs.
• Coordinate with approved subcontractors in line with agreed rates.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience handling ocean import functions.
• One to three years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office; ability to work in a fast-paced office.
