What you will do

• Lead and manage NPD build activities to support product qualification and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful build execution.
• Monitor build progress, material readiness, WIP, and resource allocation.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation for NPD products.
• Analyze build performance and provide status updates and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in NPD, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, or related functions.
• Understanding of new product introduction and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of inventory, material planning, and supply chain concepts.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications.
