What you will do

• Plan and monitor engineering project activities to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Design and specify machinery to enhance production capabilities.
• Define and adjust key machine parameters to ensure product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, including lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain IATF/ISO standards across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems, electrical circuits, and QC tools.
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the Samut Prakan location.
