What you will do

• Lead the design and development of cleaning processes and equipment tooling for miniaturized or new form factor components.
• Utilize COMSOL Multiphysics to model mechanical behavior, fluid dynamics, and process interactions for optimization.
• Define requirements and methods for various cleaning types, including ultrasonic, brush, chemical, and DI water.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to design, prototype, and refine equipment platforms.
• Validate cleaning performance using DOE, surface analysis, and particle testing (optical, AFM, SEM).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements for cleaning-related defects and process instability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Korat, Thailand.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and COMSOL Multiphysics for mechanical and process simulations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning process fundamentals, contamination control, and mechanical tooling design.
• Experience in high-precision or high-purity manufacturing environments such as semiconductor or electronics.
• Familiarity with fluid dynamics, ultrasonic cleaning, and surface preparation techniques.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with cleaning systems and tooling for miniature or fragile components.
• Familiarity with surface cleanliness metrology tools and statistical process control.
