What you will do

• Perform SPC monitoring, CTQ tracking, and root cause analysis for defects in the lapping and pitstop areas.
• Support mass product requirements and the transfer of mass technology.
• Ensure technical needs are met and solutions are fully functioning for assigned project support.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to achieve aggressive production goals.
• Execute additional tasks that contribute to the growth of the team and company.

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of science and mathematics.
• Strong logical thinking and data analytical skills.
• English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of process engineering functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Hard Disk Drive (HDD) manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
