What you will do

• Design production layouts to optimize process flow and maximize space capacity.
• Calculate Hour Per Unit (HPU) requirements based on product mix and roadmaps.
• Analyze the impact of new equipment and technology on manufacturing.
• Apply Lean concepts and IE tools to improve utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Design automated data workflow systems to align with Factory 4.0.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Hard Disk Drive (HDD) manufacturing.
• Experience with data analytic platforms and simulation software like Flexsim or Arena.
• Ability to query and analyze data within database systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
