Transactional Operations Strategic Transformation - Assistant Vice President / Vice President (AI)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Base salary: $135,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation programs across the transactional operations lifecycle, from business case development through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, and external partners to align roadmaps and platform capabilities.
• Develop scalable operating models, controls, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive workflow optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Support industry partnership initiatives enabling straight-through processing and standardized workflows across alternative investments.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting while providing operational expertise across subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, direct funds, and ticker-traded products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial services, operations, consulting, product strategy, or transformation.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment operations and transaction lifecycle workflows.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives.
• Experience improving processes through automation, technology, data, and operational redesign.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of private funds, registered funds, interval funds, and alternative investment platforms.
