What you will do

• Lead requirement elicitation and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Design solutions by analyzing alternatives and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support project management by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Must have valid right to work in the UK and continuous residence for the last 10 years.
• Ability to hold or gain UK government security clearance.
• Proven experience in business analysis within financial services environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC, CSM, or PSM.
• Experience with process modeling tools like Lucidchart.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
