What you will do

• Own daily work order management including release, prioritization, and sequencing in SAP.
• Adjust short-term production schedules based on real-time shop floor conditions.
• Monitor and recover late or at-risk work orders to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with manufacturing supervisors to resolve constraints and capacity issues.
• Maintain accurate work order data and act on MRP exception messages.
• Support the implementation of ECNs and MRB dispositions within active production flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, or Production Control.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Strong understanding of MRP outputs as execution signals.
• Ability to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting low-volume, long-lead production environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, WIP control, and production flow.
