What you will do

• Create and maintain daily/shift production schedules for cells and machines.
• Develop and manage the Operations Capacity Plan across machine shop, kitting, and assembly areas.
• Monitor and report on assembly utilization, efficiency, and earned hours against planned targets.
• Maintain build master routings, including operation steps and standard times.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to confirm MRP dates and resolve planning discrepancies.
• Identify obstacles in the build cycle and facilitate load leveling to meet strategic production needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and operational scheduling.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and perform lessons-learned evaluations for process improvement.
• Experience working with MRP systems and supply chain coordination.
