What you will do

• Develop and update detailed production schedules using ERP and SAP to maximize availability and minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor forecasts and customer orders to revise plans and determine material requirements via MRP analysis.
• Collaborate with Regional Production Planning for load balancing and prioritize orders based on customer due dates.
• Partner with Quality and supply chain stakeholders to resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate external processing of materials for third-party services.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities, including kaizen suggestions and 5 Why problem-solving analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing job shop environment.
• 3-5 years of SAP experience, specifically including MRP analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working within a QMS ISO 9001 environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle shifting daily priorities.
