What you will do

  • Own the technical strategy and execution for the Interventions roadmap, focusing on clinical data accuracy and care gap closure.
  • Lead diagnostic precision initiatives, including assessment surfacing and member-specific modeling.
  • Oversee the scaling of core data infrastructure and ensure ML pipeline stability.
  • Manage cross-functional partnerships with Clinical Operations, Product, and Data Science teams.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered SDLC practices to accelerate development while maintaining security and quality standards.
  • Mentor engineering managers and senior individual contributors to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 12+ years of engineering experience with a focus on healthcare data, clinical interoperability, or ML-driven products.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical data structures like ICD-10 and building high-integrity clinical pipelines.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
  • Experience managing ML model lifecycles and deploying LLM-driven features.
  • Strong proficiency in strategic resource allocation, capacity planning, and managing technical debt.
