Vice President Supply Chain (Defense)

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and execution of procurement, materials, and logistics to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and evaluate supply chain activities including production planning, SIOP, material procurement, and inventory control.
• Negotiate key supply contracts and develop sourcing strategies to drive optimal supplier value.
• Define KPIs and maintain performance dashboards to monitor global supply chain operations.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships and oversee vendor evaluation and selection.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and partners to implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or mechanical engineering related subjects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global supply chain operations with OEM and MRO components in defense and commercial environments.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or political asylee) in compliance with ITAR/EAR.
• Working knowledge and experience with Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
